AI does the legwork. A person signs off.

That is how we keep prices fixed and low without cutting corners. Here is exactly who does what.

What the AI does

  • Crawls your site with our own audit script: status codes, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, robots.txt for search and AI crawlers, llms.txt, titles, headings, structured data, image alt text, internal links and response times.
  • Researches searches from Google autocomplete, People Also Ask, Search Console and the pages that rank today.
  • Asks the AI assistants your customers use and records what they answer and cite.
  • Drafts titles, page copy, structured data, llms.txt and the report.
  • Writes code changes for technical fixes, as a branch or pull request.

What a person does

  • Agrees the scope with you, in writing.
  • Checks every finding against your site before it goes in the report, and drops what does not matter for you.
  • Edits and fact-checks every page and every line of copy.
  • Reviews every code change before you see the pull request.
  • Signs off each deliverable and answers your questions.

Tools

Free tools first. Paid tools when your project needs them.

We start every project with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse, the Rich Results Test and our own crawler. Paid tools such as Screaming Frog or Ahrefs are only added when a project needs them, for example a site over 500 URLs or competitor backlink data, and their cost is already in the price.

Principles

Rules we keep on every project

Buyer searches first
Comparison, alternative and “how do I” pages for people about to choose a product come before general blog posts, because AI answers now take many of the clicks general questions used to get.
Readable, not gamed
We make your site easy for search engines and AI assistants to read and quote correctly. We never hide text, stuff keywords or write pages only for crawlers.
Links without outreach
Listings, READMEs and pages worth citing. We do not buy links or send pitches in your name.
One change at a time
Each page gets one round of changes per test window, so the numbers afterwards mean something.
Real numbers only
Reports quote Search Console and analytics as they are: never rounded up, bad weeks included.

Questions

About AI and access

Which AI do you use?

Claude, from Anthropic, for crawling scripts, research, drafts and reports. We say so because you should know who, and what, worked on your site.

Will AI-written pages hurt my rankings?

Google ranks pages on whether they help the reader, not on who typed them. What hurts is thin, unchecked or mass-produced text, which is why a person edits and fact-checks every page and we never publish pages without real information behind them.

Do you need access to my accounts?

Read access to Google Search Console helps every package. Fix work needs a branch in your repository or editor access to your CMS. We never ask for passwords by email and never need billing or admin rights.
